Assigning multiple report group owners

Application Administrators can view, assign, add, or remove multiple owners to a report grouping folder to allow additional users to collaboratively manage reports within a report group.

  1. Select Global Ledger > Analysis > Main.
  2. On the Report Designer panel, click Go To Designer.
  3. On Report Grouping tab, open a report group.
  4. Click Add Owner and specify actor or the additional owner.
    The user is listed in the report group in Additional Group Owners.
  5. Click Save.
