Updating project statuses

You can update a project status and the active status for the summary and all of the related posting projects.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Global Ledger > Setup.
  2. In the Maintenance panel, click My Finance Enterprise Group
  3. Click the Project tab.
  4. Open a structure and click the Hierarchy tab.
  5. Select a summary project and select Actions > Update Project Status.
  6. Select the project status for all posting projects for the summary project. If this field is blank, then the project status is not changed.
  7. Optionally, inactivate the summary project and all related posting projects.
  8. Click Submit.
