Creating customer contract charges

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Franchise Billing > Standard Charges > Contract > Contracts.
  2. Click Create to add contract charge.
  3. Select the type of charge to create.
  4. Specify the required fields for the charges that you want to define.
    Note:  A franchisee is represented by both customer and ship to address because a single customer may own multiple franchisees. Therefore, the ship to field is required.
