Creating standard sales-based sliding scale charges

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Franchise Billing > Standard Charges > Sales.
  2. On the Standard Groups tab, click Create.
  3. Specify the company, charge, and currency of the company for which you are creating the charge.
  4. Click Sliding Scale to open the Franchise Charge Sliding Scale page.
    Note:  Step limits is a sliding-scale monetary value. It represents a range within which contract net sales for the cycle must fall so that the charge can be calculated at the associated percentage.
  5. Specify the upper limit of the scale and a percentage used to compute the associated sales-based charge for each step limit.
