Creating lease types

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Leases > Setup.
  2. On the Lease Types panel, click the Create button.
  3. Specify the Lease Type and the Description.
  4. Select the option Classify Based on Term or select the option Amortize Short Term Leases. You cannot enable both options.
  5. Click Save.
