Moving processes, sub processes, and tasks

You can move sub processes and tasks to a new parent. You can also move sub processes and tasks above or below other sub processes or tasks.

  1. Select Application Administration > Financials > Close > Setup And Processes.
  2. In the Process panel, click Manage Process.
  3. On the Manage Process tab, select a process, sub process, or task and click Move.
  4. Specify this information:
    To New Parent
    Select this check box to move a sub process or task to a new parent. If this field is selected,then specify the process or sub process in the New Parent field.
    Below/Above
    Select whether to move the sub process or task above or below another.
    This Process/This Task
    Select the sub process or task to move the selected sub process or task above or below.
  5. Click OK.
