Performing outbound processing starts the process of translating data. The outbound process is performed by running the Translate Outbound job from the job scheduler.

Performing inbound processing starts the process of receiving and translating EDI data. The inbound process is performed by running the Translate Inbound EDI job from the job scheduler.
