Cost comparison
Cost comparison is a set of tools that you can use to analyze cost differences between contracts or within a contract itself. You can run this action for Contract, Catalog, Standing, and Blanket contract types. You can run a cost comparison report from a contract or contract interface.
You can run these types of comparisons:
- Contract to contract for cost comparison
- Interface contract to contract
- Contract to itself using bid worksheets
- Contract to itself for cost savings
Note: Cost comparisons cannot be run for distributor contracts.
To view the results of a cost comparison, select and on the Reporting panel, click Cost Comparisons.
