Create new GPO contracts by linking a contract

  1. Select Contracts > Interfaces.
  2. On the Create panel, click Create Contract from Interface.
  3. Select a contract and click the Link To GPO Contract button.
  4. Specify this information:
    Link To Contract Number
    Select the contract number to which to link the contract.
    Do Not Set Lines To Update
    Select this check box to prevent contract lines from updating when linking a GPO contract.
    Run Contract Line Updates Immediately
    Select this check box to immediately apply updates to contract lines after linking a GPO contract.
    Tolerance Percent
    Specify the allowable percentage difference between the prices in the linked GPO contract and the existing contract lines.
    Connector
    Select And to enforce both the tolerance percent and amount, or Or to follow either tolerance percent or amount.
    Tolerance Amount
    Specify the allowable amount difference between the prices in the linked GPO contract and the existing contract lines.
    Reject All Items With Cost Differences
    Select this check box to exclude items with cost differences when linking a GPO contract.
    Update Costs Only
    Select this check box to update only the costs from the GPO contract, leaving other line details unchanged.
  5. Click Submit.
