Changing the display order of contract terms

Use this procedure to change the order in which terms are displayed on a contract.

  1. Select Contracts > Contracts.
  2. Open a contract.
  3. On the Articles tab in the Contract Terms and Conditions section, open a contract term.
  4. On the Attachments tab in the New Display Order field, specify a number to represent the new display order.

    If you do not want a specific term to be displayed on the contract, select the term, then select Actions > Delete.

  5. Click Save.

    New terms that are added to the article are appended to end of the new display order.
