Changing the display order of contract articles

Use this procedure to change the order in which articles are displayed on a contract.

  1. Select Contracts > Contracts.
  2. Open a contract.
  3. On the Articles tab, open an article.
  4. On the Terms tab, in the New Display Order field, specify a number to represent the new display order.

    If you do not want a specific article to display on the contract, then select the article and select Actions > Delete.

  5. Click Save.

    New articles that are added to the contract are appended to the end of the new display order.
