Reopening tasks

  1. Select Close > Administration > Setup And Processes.
  2. In the Process panel, click Manage Process.
  3. Click the View Schedule tab.
  4. Select the open period in the top panel and select the corresponding task in the bottom panel.
  5. Right-click the task and click Reopen.
  6. If a reason code is required for reopening a task, then select a reason code. Optionally, add comments.
  7. Click OK.
