Identifying errors for incoming bank statements

When an incoming bank statement contains interface errors, the system highlights the issue directly on the Incoming Bank Statements calendar view to help you quickly identify statements that require attention.

If interface errors exist for a statement date:

  • A red warning message labeled Interface Errors Exist is displayed.
  • A blue hyperlink is displayed next to the warning message.

Selecting the hyperlink opens the Bank Statement Interface and navigates to the Errors view of the BankStatementInterfaceHeaders for the related Import Date. The results are automatically filtered to show only interface records for the selected statement date with a status of Not Imported. This enables you to review and resolve interface errors before the bank statement is fully processed.

If no interface errors exist for the selected date, the warning message and hyperlink are not shown.
