Resolving a single exception

Use this procedure to resolve an exception record.
  1. Select Cash > Bank Statements.
  2. In the Processing panel, click Fee Service Statements.
  3. On the Exceptions tab, select an exception record.
  4. Click Resolve.
  5. Optionally, provide comments in the Comments field.
  6. Click Submit.
    The exception is marked as Resolved with a Yes status and remains visible in the Exceptions list.

Resolving multiple exceptions

You can resolve multiple exception records at the same time.

  1. Select Cash > Bank Statements.
  2. In the Processing panel, click Fee Service Statements.
  3. On the Exceptions tab, select one or more exception records.
  4. Click Resolve.
  5. Optionally, provide comments in the Comments field.
  6. Review the confirmation message indicating the number of selected records.
  7. Click Submit.
    The Resolve action is applied to all selected records, and the Resolved statuses are set to Yes. All resolved records remain visible in the list.

Exception resolution behavior

Resolving an exception sets the Resolved status to Yes. Comments are optional and, if provided, are saved with the exception record. Resolved exceptions remain visible in the Exceptions tab and can be reverted by setting the Resolved status back to No.
