Setting up a service definition to request a custodial account

  1. Select Process Server Administrator > Configuration > Service Definitions.
  2. Open the RequestNewCustodialRecord service definition.
  3. On the Service Process Definitions pane, click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Process Definition
    Select the RequestNewCustodialRecord process definition.
    Service Process Is Enabled
    Verify that this check box is selected.
  5. Click Save.
