Viewing uncapitalized transactions

A Project Interface Control record is created for each posting project that is interfaced to assets and already capitalized. The tabs show the type of asset interface. The interface supports these interface types: asset addition or creation, asset append or adjustment, and asset repair cost tracking.

Uncapitalized transactions are asset capital transactions that have not yet been processed through Draft Project Interface or Project Asset Interface.

  1. Select Assets > Reporting > Operations.
  2. In the Lists panel, click Asset Capital Transactions.
    These actions are available:
    • Draft Project Interface - Creates draft asset interface records for the selected asset capital transactions.
    • Put On Hold - Places the selected asset capital transactions on hold.
    • Release Hold - Releases asset capital transactions that are on hold.
  3. Open the project interface control record to verify the details.
    Note: If an asset interface record is created from an Asset Capital Transaction, drill-down navigation is available to the originating Asset Capital Transaction. Drill-down navigation is not available for records created from summarized asset capital transactions.
