Adding report selection criteria

You can add selection criteria to limit the content of a report. The selection criteria affects the entire report.

  1. Select Global Ledger > Analysis > Main.
  2. On the Report Designer panel, click Go To Designer.
  3. On the Reports tab, open a report record.
  4. On the Report Selection tab, click Create Selection.
  5. Select a Dimension.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Add Dimension Filter.
  8. If the dimension is GeneralLedgerTotal.GeneralLedgerChartAccount, additional filters can be selected.
  9. Select a filter value. For some dimensions, you must select a structure and an element within the structure.
  10. Click Submit.
