Process pending actions

Changes to the dimension hierarchy or budget editing configuration can trigger a pending action when:

• The posting dimension has been used in a transaction.
• The changes affect summary-level budget editing.
• The budget template uses manual dimension setup.

When a pending action applies, run the appropriate Process Pending action to update the budget template and synchronize budget data.

While Process Pending is running, the budget template status changes to Processing. Transactions being released are held in Budget Edit is in progress status until processing finishes.

After processing is complete, the template status returns to Ready, and budget validation resumes. This prevents transactions from being processed against outdated or incomplete budget data.
