Using the On Your Radar widget
The tiles display the number of records that require action. If you select an Inventory Region, the tiles and carts display records for the selected Inventory Region. If no Inventory Region is selected, the tiles and carts display records for the logged-in buyer.
When a buyer clicks a tile, the record details appear in the widget on the left. The buyer can review and resolve the records directly in the widget.
The carts or tiles are sorted by purchase order count in descending order. The ship-to location with the highest purchase order count appears first. A scroll bar is available in the cart widget so that you can view and select from all available carts rather than only the first three.
You can also search the carts by ship-to location, item, or vendor to find records more efficiently.
This table shows the standard tiles.

You can view and update messages directly within the widget. The updates are automatically reflected in the application. For each new buyer or invoice message, the workspace uses an AI model. The AI model learns from historical transactions and predicts how buyers handle similar discrepancies for the same vendor and item. For example, whether excess quantities are usually accepted, or whether cost deviations are usually rejected. Based on this, the model predicts the likely outcome and controls the Auto Resolve button:
