Setting Buyer and Inventory Region visibility

Buyers can use the filter at the top of the workspace to control the data that appears in all widgets.

Setting My View

When you select My View, all widgets display transactions that are assigned to the logged-in buyer.

Note: My View is the default selection when the workspace opens.
  1. Click the Filter button in the top-right corner of the workspace.
  2. Select the My View radio button.
  3. Click the Apply Filter button.

Setting Inventory Region view

When you select Inventory Region, all widgets display transactions that are associated with the selected inventory region. Buyers can monitor and manage activities for a specific inventory region instead of an individual buyer.
Note: 
  • If the application contains multiple inventory regions, buyers can switch between regions from the Inventory Region drop-down list.
  • Buyers can select one inventory region at a time.
  • When the inventory region changes, all widgets refresh and display data for the selected inventory region.
  1. Click the Filter button in the top-right corner of the workspace.
  2. Select the Inventory Region radio button.
  3. Select an inventory region from the Inventory Region drop-down list.
  4. Click the Apply Filter button.

Using snooze

Set the default snooze duration that is applied when you snooze a record.

The available options are 1, 7, 14, and 30 days. The default value is one day.

Buyers can use the snooze feature to temporarily remove records from the action list when additional time or clarification is required.

  • When you click the Snooze icon, the record is temporarily removed from the list.
  • You can view the snoozed records from the Snooze list at the top of the widget.
  • You can unsnooze records at any time to return them to the active action list.

Additionally, the workspace includes a date range selection filter that buyers can use to refine the displayed data based on predefined aging ranges.

Using saved preferences

Your selections are saved and applied automatically the next time you sign in, on the same day or a later day, so that you do not have to reconfigure them.

Saved preferences include the Buyer or Inventory Region selection, the selected Inventory Region, snooze duration, and the date range.
