Creating a delivery license plate

  1. On the RAD Home page, tap the More Options button. The RAD sidebar panel is displayed.
  2. From the main menu, select Delivery.
    Note: If you tap on Exit, a confirmation message is displayed. Select Yes to return to the Receiving and Delivery menu. Otherwise, it will remain in the Select Deliveries screen.
  3. Scan all tracking numbers that you are wanting to associate to delivery license plate.
  4. Select More Options > Create License Plate. The list of all requesting locations associated to company is displayed.
    Note: If no delivery documents available for the selected company, a warning message is displayed stating "No available packages bound for the identified company".
  5. Scroll, scan location barcode, or search for requesting location then tap the selected location.
  6. Select Done to complete. The report document or label is printed based on the configuration.
    Note: If the packages are already on a license plate, a message is displayed asking if you want to move package to a new license plate.
