Deleting async requests and triggers for the failed cube refresh

  1. Select Template > Run Jobs.
  2. Click on the terminated cube refresh job.
  3. Select Drill Around > Async Action Trigger.
  4. From the action trigger, select Drill Around > View Request to open the Action Request Schedule.
  5. Scroll to the Action Trigger tab and verify that the Created Date corresponds to the Run Job > Start Date and that the timestamps closely align.
    This confirms that the requests belong to the failed job.
  6. On the form menu, select Drill Around > View Dependent Actions.
  7. Select requests with the status of Yes in Pending Scheduling.
  8. Click Delete and confirm.
    After successful deletion, return to the template.
  9. Select the terminated job and select Drill Around > Async Action Trigger.
  10. Click Delete to remove the trigger.
  11. Return to Budget Template > Run Jobs.
    Review the remaining jobs. If any other jobs have failed or terminated, proceed to Deleting async requests and triggers for all other failed jobs.

    If no other jobs have failed, proceed to Recovering the template.
