Recovering the template

All pending async requests and triggers for failed jobs must be deleted before running recovery. Any remaining orphaned requests may conflict with background jobs, causing data inconsistencies during reset. Ensure that the deletion of async requests and triggers are fully completed before continuing.

  1. From the template, click Run Jobs.
  2. Verify that all jobs are in Finished or in Not Started status.
If any failed or terminated jobs exist, delete the corresponding async requests and triggers.

For cube refresh failures, see Deleting async requests and triggers for the failed cube refresh.

For all other job failures, see Deleting async requests and triggers for all other failed jobs.

  3. Select Actions > Recover After Processing Error.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.
  5. Click Run Jobs to monitor the recovery process.
The recovery resets the template to Not Ready status and deletes related data.
  6. After recovery completes successfully, resolve the root cause of the failure and reactivate the template.
