Syncing printers from IDM to FSM

Use this procedure to add all IDM printers of the enabled print service to FSM. All non-existing printers in IDM automatically becomes inactive. Newly synced printers are classified as non-payment printers by default.

  1. Select Application Administration > Shared > Printer Setup > IDM Printers.
  2. Click Sync IDM Printers.
    Note: If a specific IDM printer is not available, contact your IDM administrator to register the printer in IDM. For email-enabled printer, see Adding an email-enabled printer for IDM.
