Purging data from asset books archive

Before you proceed, ensure that the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date in the finance enterprise group is specified. Ensure that the archive feature is enabled.

  1. Select Application Administrator > Financials > Asset > Utilities.
  2. In the Purge panel, click Purge Books From Archive.
  3. Specify this information:
    Book
    Specify the asset book name.
    Company or Company Group
    Specify the company or the company group. You cannot specify both.
    Update
    Select whether to purge records or to run the report only. We recommend that you select Report Only to validate the data to be purged before selecting Purge Records.
  4. Click Submit.
