Purging data from asset history archive

Before you proceed, ensure that the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date in the finance enterprise group is specified. Ensure that the archive feature is enabled.

  1. Select Assets > Administration > Utilities.
  2. In the Purge panel, click Purge Asset History From Archive.
  3. In the Update field, select whether to purge records or to run the report only. We recommend that you select Report Only to validate the data to be purged before selecting Purge Records.
  4. Click Submit.
