Purging data from disposed assets archive

Before you proceed, ensure that the Purge From Archive Cut Off Date in the finance enterprise group is specified. Ensure that the archive feature is enabled.

  1. Select Assets > Administration > Utilities.
  2. In the Purge panel, click Purge Disposed Assets From Archive.
  3. Specify this information:
    Update

    Select whether to purge records or to run the report only. We recommend that you select Report Only to validate the data to be purged before selecting Purge Records.

    Company or Company Group
    Specify the company or the company group. You cannot specify both.
    Lease Company
    Specify the lease company.
    Lease
    Specify the lease ID
  4. Click Submit.
