Use completion checklists to define review and verification items that users must acknowledge before a reconciliation can be completed. A completion checklist can be assigned to one or more reconciliation accounts. When a reconciler completes a reconciliation, all checklist items must be acknowledged before the reconciliation can be finalized.

- In the Reconciliation Setup panel, click Completion Checklists.
- Click Create.

Select this check box to make the checklist available for assignment to reconciliation accounts.
- Click Save.
- To add checklist items, in the Checklist Details section, click Create.

Specify the display order of the checklist item.

Specify the review or verification item that users must acknowledge before completing a reconciliation.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 6 to 8 to create additional checklist items.
Note: A completion checklist can contain a maximum of 10 items. When a reconciliation that uses a completion checklist is completed, users must acknowledge all checklist items before the reconciliation can be finalized. Checklist acknowledgments are stored with the reconciliation for audit purposes.
