Contract availability

A Contract Available tag is displayed on the header of a contract record. If the Contract Available tag shows Yes on a contract, you can use it for cost defaulting or invoicing.

For the Contract Available tag to show Yes, the contract must meet these conditions:

• The contract has been activated.
• The contract is within its Effective Date and Expiration Date.
• The contract is not closed.
• The contract is not on hold.

If any of these conditions are not met, the Contract Available tag shows No.

You can view these conditions by clicking the Availability Components link. Conditions that are met show Yes. Conditions that are not met show No.

When searching for contracts, you can filter your search by selecting Yes or No in the Available Contracts field.
