Attaching evaluation entities to contracts

You can attach one or more evaluation entities to a contract.

Before you can perform this procedure, you must select the Use Entity For Evaluations check box in the contract group setup and you must create entities to attach.

  1. Select Contracts > Contracts.
  2. Open a contract record.
  3. On the Contract tab, click the Evaluations link.
  4. On the Entities tab, click Create Evaluation Entities.
  5. Select evaluation entities to attach from the list.
  6. Click Attach Evaluation Entity To Contract.
