Creating evaluation entities

Entities can be any organizational structure within a company. If you select the Use Entity For Evaluations check box in the contract group setup, use this procedure to create an entity. You can attach the entity to a contract and use the entity to create evaluations.

  1. Select Contracts > Processing And Reporting.
  2. In the Contract Evaluations panel, click Evaluation Entities.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Contract Group
    Select a contract group.
    Evaluation Entity
    Specify a code for the entity.
    Name
    Specify the name of the entity.
    Default Evaluator
    Optionally, select a default evaluator. The Default Evaluator Name is populated from the selected evaluator.
    Default Approver
    Optionally, select a default approver. The Default Approver Name is populated from the selected approver.
  5. Click Save.
