Use cases

This topic describes a user-centered view of how Infor GenAI Assistant enables you to access, summarize, and analyze information across Infor FSM areas.

Instead of navigating forms and reports, you can ask natural-language questions to retrieve business information, review operational details, identify exceptions, and support daily decisions.

Each use case describes a business question that a user role can ask. Use these examples to identify where the GenAI assistant reduces manual lookup, provides transaction and status details, and supports timely action on items that require review, follow-up, or decisions.
