This reference shows example use cases for the Infor GenAI Assistant, organized by FSM product area.

Each use case is written from the perspective of a business persona and reflects the natural-language prompts customers can use directly with the assistant.

Note: These are example use cases intended to illustrate the breadth of what the Infor GenAI Assistant can do for each product area. They are not exhaustive. You can discover many additional use cases unique to their own business processes, data, and workflows.
