Enable the GenAI Assistant and Knowledge Hub functionality

The tasks in the topic explain how to enable the GenAI Assistant and the Knowledge Hub functionality.

Enabling all GenAI features for all tenants

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. On the Features Availability page, click the Suite Features tab.
  3. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling all GenAI features for a specific tenant

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Click the Bulk Action button in line with the Feature Type list.
  5. From the Bulk Option list, select Enable All.
  6. Click Save.

Enabling selected features

  1. In CloudSuite Self-Service Portal, select Features from the side menu.
  2. From the Feature Type list, select GenAI.
  3. From the Tenant list, select the tenant for which to enable the GenAI features.
  4. Locate these categories and enable the specific applications. For each application you want to enable, select the check box and then click Save.
    • GenAI Assistant
      • GENAI
      • Portal: To enable the Portal feature, click the Ming.le link, select the check box and click Save.
    • GenAI Public Knowledge Hub
      • GENAI
      • IDM
    • GenAI Private Knowledge Hub
      • GENAI
      • IDM

Available features

Enabling the GenAI Assistant suite feature turns on these features:

  • GENAI
    • Factory
    • /chat APIs
    • Admin Settings
    • Ming.le > Portal
      • Side Panel GenAI Assistant

Enabling the GenAI Private Knowledge hub suite enables these features:

  • GENAI
    • Factory
    • /chat APIs
    • Admin Settings
  • IDM
    • GenAI setting on the document type
Note: These features are only available once enabled by an administrator in CloudSuite Self-Service Portal (CSSP). If you cannot see these features in your environment, contact your system administrator.
