Managing agents, tools, and skills
Administrators can upload agents, tools, and skills to their customer tenants to power the Infor GenAI assistant and embedded experiences.
You can upload agents, tools, and skills using::
- GenAI Factory
- CRUD APIs exposed on API Gateway
Skills are reusable instruction sets that agents use to define their behavior. Some skills are shared across multiple agents, such as query execution, response formatting, and drillback navigation. Other skills are specific to a single domain or agent. Uploading or updating a skill affects every agent that uses it, so review an agent's skill list before you change a shared skill.
