Batch releasing the shipment

  1. Select Shipment Release.
  2. Select Company and Location.
  3. Specify this information:
    Update
    Select Yes to release shipments.
    Batch Number Range
    Specify a range of batch numbers to release shipments that fall within this range. Batch numbers are assigned when you run Pick List Print.
    Shipment Number Range
    Specify a range of shipment numbers to release shipments that fall within this range.
    Date Range
    Specify a range of shipment dates to release shipments that fall within this date range.
    Document Source
    Select the solution from which the document originates.
    Create Flat File
    Select whether to create a flat file. If you select Yes, then the WHSHIPREL-NAME file is created.
  4. In the Report Distribution section, select distribution lists and export types for these reports:
    • Warehouse Shipment Release Report
    • Warehouse Shipment Release Error Report
  5. Click Submit.
