Configuring FSM for sensitive file decryption

Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) is an encryption system to encrypt and decrypt sensitive files. The key is used for decrypting the bank sensitive files that are imported to Financials & Supply Management.

The PGPPublicKey is provided by the bank or by FSM and depends on the agreement from both parties.

  1. Sign in as Security Administrator and select System Management > Service Management > Service.
  2. Find the SSOPV2 service.
  3. Open the service and select Service Properties.
  4. Select PGPPublicKey.
  5. Select Actions > Download PGP Public Key. This key is given to the bank to encrypt and decrypt the bank file.
  6. To upload the key, select Upload PGP Public Key.
