EPM Platform users and roles

Assign at least one EPM Platform-related security role.

FSM Analytics users for EPM Platform are required to have security access to FSM in Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal.

If the user record is not in the Users and User Groups dashboard, then the user record does not exist or is not assigned to a security role in IFS.

Predefined roles are delivered with EPM Platform. Optionally, assign the delivered roles to your users. You can also change the roles and create new roles.

In ,, roles can be assigned that are intended only in EPM Platform. A EPM Platform user with security access to the User Management dashboard can create and assign these roles.

Prerequisites for user provisioning

Use this information to register Financials & Supply Management Analytics for EPM Platform users and groups, and to administer EPM Platform roles. Before the required tasks are performed, these prerequisite tasks are required:

  • Assign users to EPM Platform groups. The groups were created as part of EPM Platform tenant provisioning.
  • Assign groups to FSM Analytics for EPM Platform and the EPM Platform application home page using Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal administration settings.
  • Optionally, create a BIAdministrator role. If you do create this role, ensure that the role has administrator access rights to and EPM Platform. Assign the role to the FSM Analytics for EPM Platform application.
