Assigning a role to an actor

You can assign multiple roles to the actor record. Users who have been assigned multiple roles, can select a different role through the Roles field on the landing page.

  1. Sign in using the Administration Console role and select Security > Security Reports > Role Security Classes By Actor.
  2. In the Actor List, select the actor to which you want to assign a role.
  3. On the Actor Role List, select Actions > Assign Existing Role to Actor.
  4. On the Create Actor Role page, select the applicable role in the Role field and then click Save.
