BIMSCM users and roles

Several tasks are required to create users and roles for BIMSCM. Create administrator roles, view assignments, create custom roles, and assign roles to users.

Prerequisites for MSCM user provisioning

Use this information to register EPM Platform MSCM users and groups with IFS and to administer EPM Platform MSCM roles. Before you perform the required tasks, these prerequisite tasks are required:

  • Assign users to EPM Platform groups. The groups were created as part of EPM Platform MSCM tenant provisioning.
  • Assign groups to EPM Platform MSCM and the EPM Platform application home page in the Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal administration settings.
  • Send a request to the MT Cloud Ops team to populate the System Management page in Administration.
  • Optionally, create a BIAdministrator role. If you create this role, ensure that the role has administrator access rights to Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal and Infor EPM Platform. The role should also be assigned to the EPM Platform MSCM application.
