Manually creating actor context records

Use this procedure to manually create actor context records.
Note: For information about managing actor context records for security groups, see Adding users to security and business groups.
  1. Sign in using the Administration Console role and select Security > Context Property.
  2. From the Context Property List, select a context property, for example, the context property with a Key Field value of FinanceEnterpriseGroup
  3. In the Actor Context list, click Create.
  4. Specify this information and click Save:
    Actor
    Select the actor context record to link to the context property.
    Value
    Specify the value for the selected context property. For example, if the selected context property is for finance enterprise group, specify the value for the finance enterprise group to which you are adding the actor context record.
