Registering users and user groups

After Financials and Supply Management Analytics for EPM Platform users and groups are added in Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal, they must be registered inside the EPM Platform repository. This is a one-time setup task.

  1. Sign in to Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal as an administrator.
  2. Go to the EPM Platform Application Manager homepage.
  3. From the Dashboards menu, select the Financials and Supply Management repository from the right column. This list shows the roles in the repository.
  4. From the EPM Platform Dashboards menu, select User and Permission Management > Users and User Groups.
  5. From the menu, select Register Infor Federation Services Manager CE Users and User Groups.
  6. Search for and select:
    • Financials and Supply Management Analytics for EPM Platform roles that were created in Infor LTR or Infor OS Portal User Management
    • _ST roles corresponding to the list in the right column for the Financials and Supply Management repository
    • BIDesigner role
    • Optionally, BIAdministrator role, if you created this role for your site
  7. Verify that the Users and User Groups to be Registered pane of the dialog box contains the roles you want to move and click OK.
  8. Select BIDesigner from the left column.
  9. Move to Application Roles and select the Edit icon, select the check box for the BIDesigner role and click Save.
  10. Repeat the process for the _ST roles, assigning each _ST role from the left column to its matching role in the right column.
  11. Select the check box for the application role to assign it to the group.
  12. Click Save in the Application Roles section.
