Changing evaluators and approvers

  1. Select Contracts > Processing And Reporting.
  2. On the Contract Evaluations pane, click Change Evaluator And Approver.
  3. Specify this information:
    Contract Group
    Select the contract group for which to change the evaluator or approver.
    Current Evaluator Or Approver
    Select the employee that is currently assigned as the evaluator or approver.
    New Evaluator Or Approver
    Select the new employee to assign as an evaluator, approver, or both.
    Update Evaluator
    Select this check box to assign the new employee as an evaluator.
    Update Approver
    Select this check box to assign the new employee as an approver.
    Inactivate Current Evaluator Or Approver
    Select this check box to remove the current employee as an evaluator or approver after the reassignment is complete.
  4. Click Submit.
