Anonymizing data

Use this procedure to clear identifying information from files for GDPR. For example, name and address.

  1. Select Supply Management > Shared Processes > Anonymize.
    Or select Financials > Shared Processes > Anonymize.
  2. Select a menu option to Anonymize a data type. For example, Anonymize Customer Data.
  3. Specify the parameters for the files to anonymize.
  4. Click OK.
