Inventory Intelligence setup

These are the Inventory Intelligence setup tasks:

  1. Set up Inventory Intelligence to use replication sets.
  2. Run the replication set to copy and automatically update relevant inventory data.
  3. Configure the Inventory Intelligence recommendations engine. These settings are managed as part of ongoing administration. These tasks are performed by a Supply Management Administrator.
  4. Run the Inventory Intelligence calculation such as daily data engine or recommendation engine.
Note: We recommend that you use a service account when scheduling replication sets, the daily data engine, and the recommendations engine. If you use an owner or actor role that is deleted, the job cannot run. This is an async action that is scheduled outside of the Job Console and cannot be transferred to other owners or actors.
