Creating report groups

Inventory Report Groups are used to process or report information for multiple locations in a company without processing or reporting all locations. For example, you can create a report group of locations 1, 22, and 56. In physical inventory select, you can specify a company and select the report group to process only those locations.

  1. Select Administrator > Supply Management.
  2. Click the Inventory tab.
  3. In the System pane, click Report Groups.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Specify this information:
    Company
    Select an inventory company.
    Inventory Report Group
    Select a location.
    Name
    Provide a name for the inventory report group.
  6. Click Save.
