Contract group approver

You can reassign a contract to a contract group approver if a contract group approver has been defined.

To have a contract reassigned to a user, a contract group approver must be defined for the user. When the Reassign action is taken, the list of people to reassign to comes from the contract group approver.

The Contract Approver Category is a user-defined field that can be used to filter approvers on a list when selecting an approver to reassign to.
