Creating delivery routes

To schedule deliveries to your customers by routes, you can set up a route structure with stops for customers. Before you can define routes, you must specify that your billing company uses route processing.
  1. Select Supply Management > Supply Management Setup > Item And Order Billing > Delivery Routes.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    Select a company number.
    Location
    Select the inventory location.
    Day of Week
    Select the day of the week for the delivery.
    Route
    Specify the route number. You can use the same route number for more than one day of the week. For example, you can have a route number 1 on Monday and a route number 1 on Thursday.
    Stop
    Specify the stop number.
    Customer
    Select the customer for this stop.
    Customer Ship To
    Select the number of the customer's ship-to address.
  4. Click Save.
