Supplier performance evaluation templates

Supplier performance evaluations are conducted to assess suppliers based on a range of criteria. Supplier performance also shows suppliers how well they are doing with their customer.

Supplier performance has these parts:

• Supplier metrics show how many events a supplier has been involved in and how many they have been awarded.
• Supplier performance evaluation shows a supplier's ratings in comparison to others on a 1 to 5 numerical basis.
• You can evaluate the supplier's overall performance or their performance on a specific contract.

You can create a template for the type of evaluation that you require. The template contains the categories and criteria that serve as the basis for evaluating the supplier.
