Charge types

These types of bank charges are created when processing procurement cards:

Adhoc charges does not require purchase order.
PO charges require a purchase order.
You can use this type of charge to buy items.

During setup, administrators create these decisions regarding bank charges:

Whether all charges are automatically approved when Procurement Card Invoice and Release is run.
Whether charges are closed after they are approved.
