Adjusting EFT open items

Adjustments are created because of a client-based issue or a credit management decision. For example, a disputed item is put on hold, or holding a credit memo to prevent a negative payment. Use EFT adjustments to add, delete, hold, or postpone open items from the current EFT processing cycle.
  1. Select Run Receivables Processes > Electronic Funds Processing > EFT Adjustments.
  2. Select a customer record.
  3. Use these actions to create pending EFT adjustments:
    • Add
    • Hold
    • Delete
    • Postpone
    • Add All
    • Hold All
    • Delete All
    • Postpone All
  4. To process the selected pending action, run the Process Pending EFT Adjustments action.
